WHO ARE WE?
Founded in 2017, and reaching official charity status in 2019, Intouch Global Foundation (IGF) was set up by Caroline and Simon Wilson, the Managing Directors of the independent gaming company, Intouch Games.
The foundation was founded to give back and provide tailored guidance and financial support to charities both locally and across the globe.
While Intouch Games and Intouch Global Foundation are based in the West Midlands, UK, we are a foundation that donates money to smaller and start-up charities both locally and across the globe. Throughout the years, the kindness and generosity of our foundation has gone on to spread across the world and today, transform the lives of many communities.

Helping people to help themselves
At IGF, we want to do more than just give out donations. As a foundation that genuinely cares, we want to create a world where people have access to adequate educational and health resources. Therefore, basing our principles on the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, the foundation has decided to focus on health, education and gender equality to reach sustainability.
Why these three choices? To us, these elements are the cornerstone of creating a sustainable future for both communities and individuals.
We believe access to health care should not be seen as a luxury, but as a basic right for everyone, regardless of their situation. Giving people the means to have good health means that they have the opportunity to go and live life to their fullest.
Allowing people access to a good education sets them up for a better future, which is why we strive to help educate those who don’t have access to regular education. Not only does it give them a chance to learn and develop, but they can further pass on this knowledge and even go on to develop their education at a higher level, increasing their chances of getting better work.
Gender equality is a vital aspect of life, and women and girls often don’t have the same opportunities in life as men and boys. Not only is gender equality in countries linked to higher levels of peace but is also thought to improve a country’s economy. Improving the lives of women means a better future for the world in general.

As an independent foundation, we have the power to make independent decisions. This means that we don’t waste money on things like advertising and can take a more direct, and hands-on approach. We also favour lesser-known or start-up charities that don’t quite get the attention they deserve. We do this so that funds can go further, and we can help as many people as possible.
Being independent and having a hands-on style like this ensures that we aren’t a world away from the charities we work with, either. We are approachable, are there for people and can quickly adapt to unforeseeable circumstances or crises.

We want to lift people out of poverty and set people on a path towards a positive future, both at home and across the world.
